Did you change your diet? Eating more fruits and vegetables or dairy?

Have you introduced new foods into your diet? Maybe you have an intolerance or allergy.

We really can't diagnose you online - best to go see your doctor.

So I took milk of magnesia last night and went bathroom this morning and a lot and my weight went up and my stomach doesn't feel any better

Yeah, you many need to see a doctor. I have that kind of swelling sometimes, and it's a sign that I have something serious brewing. Especially if you are having pain as well. I do have a specific medical issue that causes this, but I can't say that's what's wrong with you.

yoga always helps my stomach issues, all the twisting gets the bowls going and the gas. if that is not it, i would see a doctor.

Chocolate does that to me, but I still do it sometimes. For a new symptom, I'd see a doc, to rule out anything else it could be.
