Hey everyone my name is Taylor and I'm here to share my journey. It motivates me to have somewhere to go and post progress photos with people who understand what it's like to be unhappy and over weight. I decided to start this journey because I don't want to turn 25 and be self conscious and miserable another year. This is actually my second time losing a major amount of weight. My goal is to lose 50 pounds. The last time I did this I was prescribed phentermine and lost all my weight starving myself and walking. Of course I gained it all back and it's been 2 years now and I'm ready to lose it all again but this time I'm a natural healthy way! By eating whole clean foods and staying active and doing cardio until I feel comfortable lifting weights. I can't wait to see my results! Watch me go from 195 down to 145!
