Rucking and Ruck Runs

Does anyone know how to calculate calories burned with a weighted run? I am getting ready for a GO Ruck event and have been running with 25 to 40 pound ruck for 2 to 3 miles. I know it burns more than a regular run or a regular ruck march. Thanks

Cals per mile = 0.6*(bodyweight in lbs +addl wt in lbs)
For a 40lb bergan add c25cals per mile2
