@AmberSpamber I can't speak for the others, but for me it's all from running. I work a desk job too; on an average day that I don't run I won't get over 5,000 steps. It definitely makes things more difficult!0 -

@AmberSpamber I can't speak for the others, but for me it's all from running. I work a desk job too; on an average day that I don't run I won't get over 5,000 steps. It definitely makes things more difficult!
Guess I need to pick up my running a notch Some of my fit bit friends average 300,000 steps a week! It's unreal to me!1 -

I did more than anticipated. I got a bit obsessed with walking more and more!
Next month, I will do another 20000+ step challenge. Please join in on as many days as you can! Set your own goals. Challenge yourself to step at least 20000 for a certain number of days per week or month. Or go for a streak of a few days, a week or a month etc...0 -
Good morning! I am back to 20000 steps per day as a goal. Aiming for 25000 and then 30000 was fun at first but then became too much. Why put pressure on myself? I now plan on 20000 steps. Less pressure and more time for other fun things!

I'm not going to hit 600 000 this month so I'll revise the goal for September and aim for 550 000, meaning I have to do about 21 500 per day. If it wasn't such a crazy week I'd just go hard and try for the original goal but realistically, that's not going to happen.
