My bf makes me a vegan cheese cake out of tofu. Much lower calorie with very little fat. Red velvet, the good kind, is high calorie and should always be high calorie.0

for redvelvet, i just use the apple sauce and egg beaters and a cake mix.
for cheesecake, i just google low cal cheesecake. i make a pumpkin one thats amazing, but i'm thinking you want traditional lol0 -
I haven't made this no bake cheesecake yet, but it looks yummy to me. http://www.laaloosh.com/2009/07/28/low-fat-cheesecake-recipe/0

I read in Atheno's facebook site you can actually make cheese cake with greek yogurt, I'm a pastry chef, but I have never tried making it with yogurt, I did try once with low fat philly cheese, and it came out really good.
I can give you the recipe if you want and some tips to make it as light as possible.

This one is a winner, Chris put it up last week and I tried it this weekend for a dinner party - was aces

I agree with Tofu...it's amazing how that stuff can take on any flavor! I have an awesome Tofu Chocolate Mousse recipe (that people have no clue is tofu and they eat it up!), so I'm certain it would be great in cheesecake too!0

Sorry, I don't have any alternative suggestions for cheesecake, but I do have to say I LOVE your ticker! That's Awesome!0

I'm pretty sure skinnytaste.com has recipes for low-cal versions of both cheesecake and red-velvet. Her stuff is always tasty! I've made the strawberry cheesecake bars with greek yogurt and they were super delicious.0
