Tillapia
String cheese
Hot sauce

5g carb
2g sugar
On my 4th week

I kinda wanna devour a cake rolled up in pizza drizzled in garlic butter and then smear twinkies all over myself as i sing
All by myself

    I dunno i guess its not too bad...
    Im hitting 1250 to 1400 calories a day
    But i dont get cravings till im really hungry

    You need carbs, man. And nutrients. Even if you added eggs to that list, I'd worry less about you.

    Might I make a suggestion? First you are not eating enough! Also, if you were to try Plexus Slim, it help balance blood sugar and which in turn helps our cravings for sweets! It was designed for Diabetics but has been shown to have a ton of health benefits. I am not trying to sell you anything, but it is a thought. It helps me with my cravings!

    No veggies? Even on plans like Atkins you are allotted a good portion of veggies. I don't understand?

    I still eat raw brocs and spinach and half an avocado for breakfast sometimes
