HIIT before or after weights

There is contradictory evidence that support either or being better... So, it's really up to you. I do strength first because I do 5 days of cardio but only 3 days of strength. Therefore, I want my strength to be when I have the most energy, so I do it first. Then I hit my cardio since i have solo cardio days anyway. Do what works best for you.0

I like to do HIIT in a fasted state in the am and weight train in the pm. It gives your body enough to time to recover. Also, make sure you're fueling your body for the amount of training your dlong..I have issues with that myself.0
