Hi There!

Hi All, I've been following Slimming Wold for nearly a near now and the most I've lost is 1 st 9lb. I seem to be rolling around the same half a stone so I'm going to start logging my food on here too and noting my cal intake as well as still following the SW basic plan.

I'm fairly good with my food tbh, 95% of the time, I cook all meals fresh and make my own sauces etc rather than using any jars but there has to be something I'm doing wrong so hopefully logging on MFP will help me see that.

Exercise wise, again I'm pretty ok, although I work in an office and are fairly sedentary during the day I am up at 4am to go to the gym before work 4/5 days a week and do a long run on a sunday. I'm running a half marathon this October so most of my time has been spent getting cardio in, unfortunately due to an unexpected operation last month im not at all where I should be but I'm determined to cross the finish line regardless! I have done stuff on the TRX cables which I like too. I think my main problem is, following an accident a few years ago I have limited use of my right wrist and struggle with any weigh over 2kg.

Fingers crossed this helps me move passed this little road block I seem to be at! I have another 72lbs to lose before I get married May 2018 so I really want to get this going!
