Hi guys,
I'm currently backpacking in Australia, I had lost a lot of weight but I've put it all back on.
Trying to get it off again, what healthy foods would you reccomrnd on a budget and cooking in very basic hostel kitchens?
I've been making a lot of pasta and meat which I don't think is helping.
Thanks

If you're in Australia, do you have access to lots of fresh fruits and veggies? That's what I would recommend. You can still do the meat, but maybe substitute the pasta for fruits and veggies. You can eat more volume for the same or fewer calories, and you can either microwave or cook them or eat them fresh.0
