first NSV!

So I've been trying to do the C25K program, and I haven't been doing that great on it. What I have been doing is the Body Gospel program, which is like Zumba but with a focus on God. Anyway, Its been really working my lower body and increasing my cardio. I decided to jog yesterday morning for kicks since I'm supposed to be training for a 5K. I was able to jog for 15 min strait! I am so proud of my self! I could have gone longer, but as soon as I hit an incline my legs said " no way! " lol. I give all the credit to God. With out his help in my journey I wouldn't be able to do this. I want my life to be a testimony to what He can do! Soon I hope to be able to jog the whole 3.1 miles, then I will work on my speed :) WOO!!
