Turkey and cheese rolled around an onion shoot, ants on a Log (celery with peanut butter topped with raisins) chicken grilled salad, fruit parfaits, leftovers from last nights dinner.0

Today I had a breakfast burrito with salsa and an ounce of nuts.
Tomorrow I think I'm packing an egg salad sandwich and baby carrots.0 -
I eat the same stuff everyday, makes it easy, and I don't have to think about it, its just fuel... need it for work outs, and to run my body.0

Half of the lunches through the week are set, Grilled chicken breast with 1/2 cup steamed brown rice and 1 cup steamed broccoli on Monday's, Wednesdays, and Fridays. (Maybe dull, but it works). Tuesdays & Thursdays get varied up and are usually leftovers of some sort from the weekend. This time is home-made chicken parmigiana (5.9 oz) and a zucchini stuffed with ricotta; total 438 calories.
I haven't decided yet on Thursday: kinda leaning toward grilled salmon, side dish(s) unknown.

I bring my lunch everyday. My breakfast too. Had a chili avocado omelette for Breakfast. And Corn and Chicken Enchiladas for Lunch. Both homemade.1

This lunch time I had the leftover ratatouille that I made for dinner two nights ago! It's good and it stores well. Lots of veggies in it.0
