OK I'm confusing myself!
If I am already on a deficit choosing to lose 1 pound a week AND I have my Jawbone tracker on. All day so I have also set MFP to enable negative calories.
Am I "double deficiting" myself

It seem like no one answer you. Well of off, I or anyone reading this doesn't know which plan your choose. We also don't know the weight or heigh you are. So we aren't sure how to answer your question.
It is great your have a jawbone. It will definitely keep you active. I can't live without my fitness tracker.

Do you have your settings set to sedentary?0

Yes. My settings are set to the lowest activity ("very little activity") that MFP offers. I am 5'3" 190lbs - Ive lost almost 50lbs but the weight loss stopped. I get around 6000 steps a day but working on building that (I work a desk job that keeps me tied to the chair for most of the day)0
