8 weeks to lose weight/tone but spinal problems!!! Help!

Hi there,
I'm wondering I'm looking for some advice. I'm going to Bali in 8 weeks and would like to slim down and tone up. I'm not very big (Aus 8-10) I've just got some problem areas. Stomach/hips- upper thighs. But I've also got scoliosis of the spine. I know that you can't spot pick weight loss but when it comes to toning stomach and hips what exercises are easy on the spine? Or overall exercise that won't hurt my spine. Thanks heaps!! :)
