Definitely feel better about my self! It is a total life make over, not just the body!
Can't wait until tomorrow morning to start it all over again! Today, I had a whole cheat day and my stomach did not like it! I had everything I have been craving, from mexican food to pizza! I can say I will not be craving this feeling anymore helping me stay with the healthy eating from now on!

That is awesome. Way to Bring It!!! I'm on day 4 of phase 2 1st round. Just curious, how did you log the workouts in your diary? I'm having some challenges trying to put it comparable info.0

I have a heart rate monitor and added each workout I did. Once you add it once, it is located in your Exercise tab and you just update the calories burned. I highly recommend a heart rate monitor!
This is the one I use and haven't had any problems with it and it is 39.99 on amazon.

Great job! I love P90X and I've had awesome results. I am on week 10 of my second round. I plan on starting round 3 in sept.
are you going to do another round??0 -
I will be doing a custom workout program since I don't have a full month to do Asylum yet because of the wedding in August, but starting tomorrow, I will be doing a P90X/Insanity/Tony Horton's One on One series hybrid. This will give me a variety of workouts I can do until I get back from honeymoon and then start Asylum on August 22nd!0

GREAT VIDEO!
AMAZING!! my husband is doing this all right now! its worth every penny!0 -
Thanks everyone!
Today I started my new custom program! Did the Tony Horton - Just Arm workout and it is a little different workout than I am use to. Doing P90X, it was more of a cardio workout even on resistance days due to the little rest between moves, but today was more of a controlled workout. I still burned around 300 calories and my arms feel like jello!
I might be doing an Insanity workout this evening to get a little cardio in!0 -
great video!! I can't wait to be strong enough to do p90x!0

great video!! I can't wait to be strong enough to do p90x!
Its funny, you will think you are strong enough but Tony will put you back in your place  I thought I was decently strong but it was definitely a wake up call!
I just modified all the moves until I could keep up with them.
Good luck with your goals!0 -

WELL CONGRATS TO YOU! WOW!! MAJOR DIFFERENCE! WELL DONE~!0

Amazing! My husband is getting ready to start p90x. Did you follow the nutrition plan?0
-
Thanks for the compliments everyone!
As far as the nutrition goes, I stayed on the fat shredder diet for the first two phases of the program instead of just the first month. When I started the phase 3 workouts, I went to the phase 2 part of the nutrition. I didn't eat as much as they recommend since they recommended me to eat 3000 calories! I zigzagged my calories from 1700-2000. This seemed to work for me.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
