Hi everyone :) I'm new here but not new to fitness. I like to exercise 3 times a week and do strength workouts with no weights. Hoping to find some awesome exercises and recipes! Recently, I changed my eating habits to fit a vegan diet and I was unable to feel full unless I was eating tons and tons of carbs. I gained about 10 lbs right in the tummy and I'm trying to get back to my original spot.

    I was a vegetarian for a few years then became a pescatarian. Now I'm on the Paleo diet though I don't eat red meat or pork. The Paleo diet had helped me keep my weight steady the most. You have to find the diet to fits you best. The Paleo diet is a lifestyle change I can maintain forever. Plus I workout five to six times a week.
