Hi everyone!
I'm looking for likeminded individuals who's lifestyle is centered around a High Carb Low Fat Vegan 'diet' ( 80/10/10 ). I'm just beginning my journey and would love to make some new friends with this lifestyle change. Even if you're not a HCLF vegan, you're more than welcome to join the discussion!

looking in the vegan groups will get better results
im vegan and i eat a butt load of carbs but i dont worry about my fat intake
carbs are so good though *high five*1 -

Are there vegan groups on here? Or are you referring to other sites? If so, could you please list them for me ( if allowed to do so )? I'd greatly appreciate it!
And thank you. I'm so happy to have found this way of life/eating. I know it will give me everything and more. Also, I agree. As long as my fat intake is below 20%, I think I'll be fine. 10%-15% seems ideal for me. Mostly from nuts, avocados, etc., just no oils ( sparingly if anything ). But I won't obsess over it too much.0 -

it is a great way to eat i agree , yea do not be afraid of nuts ,seeds and avocados and yea be aware of developing any obsessive thoughts in regards to oil1 -
