Not sure how I did it, but I perfected a pot of chili today that tastes (to me) EXACTLY like Wendy's chili. I had a friend request that I share the recipe. Figure the best place would be here.

16oz uncooked 80/20 hamburger meat
1 can Great Value Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes
1 can Great Value Red Chili Beans in sauce
1/4 cup Pictsweet chopped green bell peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt (omit if you like)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup water
4 tblspoons ketchup
1 packet Sweet N Low Sugar
1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Brown & drain the hamburger. Place into a medium sized sauce pan & add all other ingredients. Stir well, simmer on low to medium heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Should make about 4 1 cup servings. Averages out to about 315 calories per serving.

WARNING: HIGH IN SODIUM!!

That sounds awesome! Can you tell me the carb and fiber count? Just curious. Thanks for posting

One serving (and this is going off everything I put into the recipe, using MFP's database) shows the following:

    315 calories
    21 carbs
    14 fat
    26 protein
    6 fiber
    782 sodium

.... hence why I put the warning about the sodium level! Even still, it was a freaking awesome meal. I hadn't made chili in several months and my husband, who usually gripes that I don't make it thick enough, commented how awesome it was.
