Low-sodium Cottage cheese? YEP

I know some of my MFP friends and I were on a hunt for low(er) sodium cottage cheese, well a real quick YAY for us- I FOUND SOME! at (yuck- walmart) But, it is by Breakstone and has 30% less sodium. Now for the review- not sure, haha. Havent had it yet, but i was just excited that i found it! I just wanted to report this to anyone just incase Cottage cheese is a protein staple in your weight loss journey, and sodium has been on your radar lately!!!! Happy Low sodium hunting to you!! haha : )

    Safeway also carries Low Sodium Cottage Cheese!!

    i am able to get a 'no salt added' cottage cheese at safeway *S*... 2%.. though i understand it is also available as 1% ... love it!

    THANKS! i have been cutting way down on sodium and really don't like all the salt now!
