I log my 30 Day Shred under "Circuit Training, General"...but I see that others have it under "30 Day Shred." I can't find that in the database, so how should I log it?

I log it as circut training, some people might have made that execrise since they have an HRM and know the calories they burnt. I have an equation I use for Zumba so I have an exercise named Zumba. I have been asked where I found it, but I didn't I made it.

Yeah, I asked the same thing yesterday pretty much. Seems as if everyone who answered put it under circuit training :/ I havent figured out the other way.

HRM users consistently report about 10 calories burned per minute. I get 12 due to Adderal though.
