Just wanted to share a few things I enjoy for a "dessert". I've discovered that I love, Love, LOVE Dole Frozen Dark Sweet cherries (45 calories for 1/2 cup) and Cool Whip Lite (20 calories for 2 TBS) OR a warmed up Fiber One Brownie (90 calories) with a 1/4c scoop of vanilla ice cream (65 calories for Breyer's Lactose Free)

So delicious.

Any other suggestions for quick, low-cal desserts are welcome!

Sugar free, fat free jello, always. My fave is the Pistachio or banana cream.

Prepared with fat free milk, 1/2 cup = 70 cals

If I have a few extra calories to spend, I'll add in a few Nilla wafers (17.5 calories each)

Where do you buy the chocolate covered cherries? I am a cherry fanatic, that sounds divine.

The cherries I get aren't chocolate covered, they're just frozen dark cherries. I get them at Walmart.
