Just wanted to share a few things I enjoy for a "dessert". I've discovered that I love, Love, LOVE Dole Frozen Dark Sweet cherries (45 calories for 1/2 cup) and Cool Whip Lite (20 calories for 2 TBS) OR a warmed up Fiber One Brownie (90 calories) with a 1/4c scoop of vanilla ice cream (65 calories for Breyer's Lactose Free)
So delicious.
Any other suggestions for quick, low-cal desserts are welcome!

The cherries I get aren't chocolate covered, they're just frozen dark cherries. I get them at Walmart.0
