    My 2 cents... Focus on the shooting and not the target. Then what after 3 months? Make your goal to get healthier and leaner everyday. Don't set a time limit on yourself.

    I know so many people that set a similar goal and end up giving up, or rebound afterwards. Just be the best you that you can be today and strive to improve each week.

    50 lbs in 3 month is like 1.8 lbs in a day. what strategy you are going to adapt to achieve this goal. I know you can do it. Good luck.

    Hi everyone I'm Ariel from Singapore :) Currently doing the BBG program to tone up and lose weight! Anyone here does that too? Also, I'm eating really clean for 6 weeks starting from now and took up the hobby of cooking/meal prepping. Anyone with the same interest do hit me up!

    Oh yeah, I'm 21 female, looking to lose around 10 pounds :)

    My advise is to go slower. I know you just want to take it off and like most of us don't and can't wait, but we waited this long and it took much longer to put on the weight. If you want to do this seriously and are truly motivated to maintain a loss of 50 pounds you will learn a lot here to be able to achieve your goals but I would not put a date on your goal. Just make a goal of losing 50 pounds and try for the most 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a day. Good Luck
