Hi, I'm new here, I have about 100lbs to lose for my first gosl... I'm 28, a nurse, and I'm ready for a change! Current weight is 325.., any suggestions on what to do?

Enter your stats into the MFP app and it'll give you a daily calorie 'allowance'. Start logging your food in the tracker! It's as simple as that Take each day as it comes and remember there is plenty of support here so don't be afraid to reach out. Good luck!0

Read in the Message Board, the Main Forums about Getting Started, General Diet Weight Loss Help, Fitness and Exercise, Motivation and Support etc. Lots of good info. and tips there. Next make friends here. If you see someone posted something encouraging, positive and/or informative, friend them. I have learned from new friends here. Also I would suggest having an open diary and make friends with others who have also so you can learn from others. Post everything you eat and do not hide from others or yourself. Stay within the limits of your calories and you will lose. Better to come off slow than fast. Good Luck! Know that you can do this if you really want it. It has to be your focus, a priority in your life now. What helps me is my motto: "I control what I put in my mouth."0
