Goodbye 50-ish pounds, hello new life!

Although I haven't posted on MyFitnessPal for awhile now, I figured I would show my transformation in case it could encourage anyone else to stick with their weight-loss journeys.

The first picture is me three years ago and 50 pounds heavier. The second is me now.

Here is a face-by-face comparison from my heaviest weight to now.

It took awhile to get to this weight. I started walking more, eating more vegetables and cutting every meal from a restaurant in half. I have three cheat meals a week but eat relatively clean the rest of the time. I'm not much of a gym person, but I started running a few times a month.
