Hey everyone,
I've been struggling to gain weight in the past few years. Been skinny my whole life (5'2 currently 96lb). Even when I managed to get to a healthy BMI, I lost it quite quickly after 3 weeks of weird eating schedule.
I work full time/studying and applying to grad school so I find it quite hard to eat as frequently/prepare healthy and calorie packed meal.
I'd love to hear your ideas for high calorie meals that won't fill me up too quickly.
I have a small appetite that I'm trying very hard to expand. I understand that in order to gain weight, I have to force myself to eat more. Just looking for food that won't leave me absolutely stuff hallway through the dish so I can keep eating and reach my calorie goal for the day.
Thank you!
