Starting

I am going to be seeing my son in 8 months before he deploys. I want to lose, at least, 40lbs before I go and see him. I need all the support I can get. I need friends on here to help encourage me.
I am 42 years old. I live in Oklahoma. I am also a mother of 3. I've been married to my best friend for 24 years.
