Hi! I'm Brenda and just starting out with a new commitment to get healthy by losing weight using the intermittent fasting method. So I'm challenging myself to log in and complete my diary everyday for the following week starting Monday, September 26, 2016. Please join me, if you think this would help you. Each day, I plan to post here an acknowledgment that I am keeping the diary up to date. I know that the diary has helped me lose in the past. It's a great tool.

    Well, I logged into MFP this morning to get refocused on the plan for today!

    Another day of logging in, journaling all my food and water. Today I was able to exercise, so that's an added bonus!
