This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!
Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
Complete 150 Jumping Jacks this week. That’s an average of 21 Jumping Jacks a Day (does not have to be consecutive).
DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Eat Breakfast daily. They say this is the most important meal of the day. For some this might be really easy. However, for other people this might be a hard one.

I think I'd like to try this! I tend to overwhelem myself and then never get going. This seems simply enough to incorporate into my schedule.
