37 CALORIE BROWNIES… AND NO, I’M NOT KIDDING.
Mine always come out close to 56 calories, but for what you are getting its a pretty low calorie dessert!0 -

Eat whatever desserts you like. Everyday desserts can be fruit or yogurt. Sugary and fatty and more low-nutrient desserts aren't supposed to be eaten every day, but because you don't eat them every day, you can eat whichever you want.0

I usually only have dessert in social settings. Regular meals I don't. A good substitute sometimes is a piece of fruit.0

Haha yes indeedy, how could i forget about those. Only thing is, i usually eat both at once, but still low calorie and yummy0 -
