More efficient would be updating your expectations. Two pounds in a week is a big loss. How much do you have to lose?2

I have to loose 15 pounds and I targeted to 2 pounds per week.0

What should be updated target than ?0

15 pounds is not much. It will come off slowly. You need to be patient.
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
If you have 15-25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.4 -
As someone who does keto my advice is this: The only way to loose weight and to keep it off is to find a way of eating that suits you. If not you are setting yourself up for a fail. Personally I do LCHF as it works for me, I love the food I can have. Good fats and proteins. Bacon, cheese, crispy chicken skin, avocados, fatty fish etc Other people do better on complex carbs with proteins etc.
So ask yourself, what types of food fills you up and keeps you full for longer? That should be your starting point in finding an eating plan that suits you and your lifestyle.2 -
It isn't realistic to think you can lose more than 2 lbs a week when you only have 15 total to lose. As stated above aim for a half pound a week.1

I do not want to fail in this and also want to maintain my weight later . Thanx for all the advices .1

You can eat anything and lose weight if you stick to your calorie goal (you can even probably up your calorie goal, if you have set a too aggressive weight loss goal). Bonnie asked what kinds of foods fill you up, so that you can choose foods wisely, to make sticking to your calories easier. No foods prevent of facilitate weight loss.2

As long as you stick with your calorie allowance the weight will come off, but it is easier to stick with a plan where you do not feel hungry.
Let me illustrate: rice, pasta, potatoes love them but after an hour I am hungry again
Instead I will have avocado, eggs, seeds etc and feel full for hours afterwards
This is what I mean with what types of food makes you feel fuller for longer, as these are the foods you need to ensure you include in your eating plan to make it easier for yourself to loose the weight.2 -

First thing in the morning, after you have been to the bathroom and before you have eaten or drunk anything.1 -
Ok great thank you0

OP, I suggest you check out the main low carber daily forum group here in MFP. It's where most of us Ketophiles tend to hang out, some of which follow a vegetarian LCHF WOE:
