Mid section/ Belly Fat/ Centimeters

Hey everyone.

Is there some advice anyone can give on loosing belly fat, I am good all round, i just need to drop some centimeters.

Which foods and exercises would be good to take care of this problem?

    i am in the same boat i am keeping under 1900 calories per day but its the carbs i need to keep of so i keep them down to about 50-100g per day , i got to the gym 5 times a week and do three days of weight training and 5 days of cardio which is just a 3k jog on the tredmill , i do about 30-50 crunches per day lifting about 40kg. i have lost 8 pound in 3 weeks but the belly fat looks like its here to stay . drinking 3 ltrs of water a day is crucial to losing weight around the belly but sometime i feel bloated after drinking so much. a glass of water with lemon juice first thing in the morning and last thing at night helps and drinking 2-3 cups of green tea a day will help. i dont actually know if i have lost in inches around my belly im going to start measuring it once a week to know.
