Drink green tea and exercise through stairs

    Exercise is great for health & fitness.

    Quick weight loss isn't healthy and usually does not stay off. Green Tea is good for you and many people love it, however, you are misleading people with the idea that it will make them lose weight. Eating a deficit will make them lose weight and exercise will tone them. I agree with your comment to make time for Exercise!!

    I like matcha, but I like coffee better. All that aside I count cals and work out as much as I can stand to.

    On a tea kick lately, but don't really like green tea. Black tea and herbal, though.

    I get lots of stairs, since I live on the 4th floor. Work in the 30s, but they won't let us use the fire stairs.
