I find myself eating lots of snacks throughout the day on my bulk. Peanutbutter sandwichs,nuts,oatmeal,bagels and cream cheese etc as opposed to bigger meals. I make my goal of 3500. But its mostly consists of smaller snacks. Is this a problem?
I normally eat

packets of oatmeal.
Bagel and cream cheese
pb n j
Yogurt
Eggs
Tortillas
Peanut butter crackers
Pop tart

    My snacks seem to make up at least the same as a big meal - I don't have a huge appetite so can't manage big portions. I don't think it's a problem as long as you're getting sufficient protein, carbs and fat.

    Ya it's not gonna affect your gains. However whole foods will help with overall health.

    I eat 1 or 2 whole food/meals a day. I'm going to try for more.

    I notice if I add more vegetables and fruits to my diet during my bulk that my performance is a bit better in the gym but as long as you get in the calories you should be on track :)
