Any womens bodyweight training successes?

Any ladies had any successful results from bodyweight training? Id love to hear your story or see your pics. Feeling a bit deflated as cardio is doing nothing for me so im trying a new approach and started yayog...

    I'm even less regimented than that. I do the Hacker Diet Exercise program (the Hacker Diet is CICO). It's designed to improve basic fitness for everyday activities, and works all your muscle groups. Pro: it takes fifteen minutes or less. Con: You have to do it every day. However, I've more than doubled my arm strength since starting, and my abs and legs don't look too bad, either. The Hacker Diet (and all it entails) is also wonderfully, gloriously free.
