I have hit a brick wall so I am back trying to shed the last 15 pounds I need to loose. I think this is gonna be super hard because the rest of my weight came off me relatively quickly. I have been loosing weight for 3 years and I use to be 196.5 now I am down to 140 any tips...?

The last pounds are generally the hardest to lose. Try switching up your diet, maybe intermittent fasting. Are you working out as well or just tracking food?1

As you lose, your margin for error becomes narrower (smaller body and thus fewer calories to maintain on). I didn't use a food scale until I got closer to maintenance...then it became even more important. So I guess my tips would be: either slightly increase your deficit or tighten up your logging using a food scale.2

If you've not taken a break, I'd recommend eating at maintenance for a few weeks and concentrate on being healthy and active for a bit, before setting your goal for the last 15lb.
I'm in roughly the same place. At 146 and want to get down to 133 (not a magic number - it's 9 1/2 stone!) I'm going at it, now, but finding progress slow, physically and mentally. I'm going to take the Christmas holidays off and then start again for the last however many pounds, with my targets set to 1/2 lb per week.1 -

I have been walking. I tried going to the gym but living off a student loan made that impossible. so walking and once in a while when my lungs feel up to it (I have athsma) I jog half the trail and walk the rest.0 -

Yea, I have asthma too so I know how it can be. Keep up the walking! The only thing I can think of is making sure that your log is very precise and maybe try a slightly larger deficit. Good luck!1
