Need of friends and movitivation

My names Tamykah, but please Meeka for short is fine. For a while now i have been on the journey to lose weight, but some days are harder then others for me to find the motivation.
Betwee uni study and assigments sometimes it gets forgotten about.
It would be great to have other people who also have similar troubles.

    I work every day and have two kids and a dog. As a single parent on the run all the time I also find it hard to eat the right food or exercise because I'm so sleepy at the end of the day. Feels like they are not enough hours but if we start slow like maybe a 10 minute walk somewhere then 10 minutes back. Got to start somewhere

    Ive found a great app that allows me to choose the kind of workout i feel up for and the kind of level i want.
    I have moments when im full of motivation. Just keeping it is a struggle.
