Which foods are easy to make but low fat and high protein

I am having trouble eating foods with protein.
I always think I eat foods with high protein but I discover that it also is high in fat. What types of foods would you recommend to eat that are high in protein but low in fat

Please help me:)

    Greek yogurt!! Keeps me full for quite a while for the few calories it has in it. I get the 2% fat, though, if I can't find the whole fat. I don't agree that the low fat products are better for you, and they're not as filling.

    If you don't mind the carbohydrates browns lentils have a good amount of proteins for almost no fat.
