Just signed up for this. My ultimate goal is to get to 15-18% body fat. I'm uhhhhh....a lot more than that now. Not sure at what weight that will put me but at 6-2 with a large build I'm thinking 220 is a good weight for me. I'm at 290 now.

Cycling, gym, and diet. Glad to be here.
