I haven't had a Timmies since I started back at MFP. It just won't fit into my calorie goals without cutting a whole meal.
I do make homemade pumpkin cappuccino though. 40ish calories. And delish!!2 -

Easy peasy
Get yourself a milk frother. Make a cup of coffee (preferably fresh ground beans, Feminino are my current favourite) add your frothed milk, then drizzle some zero cal flavoured coffee syrup (in pumpkin) over top
Sprinkle some cinnamon....and voila!
The skim milk is the calories!1 -

Ugh this is my life as well i didnt look up the calories before i went, ate one and was super upset that each one is 80 calories not worth it lol0 -
