Hi I'm a mom to an 18 month old. I always feel like time is never on my side and I'm worrying about everything but my health. I need tips on what I can do to lead a healthier life and get to my 1st goal of 200 lbs

I think some things that have helped me lose weight without really trying are: snack more instead of eating bigger meals. Even if you feel hungry after eating a little something, let it be whatever you want, just don't eat a big portion, just wait it out for about half an hour, or get up and do something like clean up, go check the mail, go for a walk even if it's for 5 or 10 minutes, etc. Drink water instead of soda or beverages with sugar/calories packed into them. Getting rest/taking naps help too.0
