I have a similar things that goes through my head... "Don't miss two days of workouts in a row" and "The only workout you'll regert is the one you didn't do"

Whenever you want to give up look at pictures of yourself at your starting weight. Remind yourself of how far you've come, and you certainly don't want to go back to where you were!

Its always hardest to get going. So just remember that. If you feel like skipping out on working out, just try for 5 minutes. You'll end up doing the full workout.

I agree with the others that it's easier once it's a habit, but wanted to add I recently went through a few weeks where working out got really hard, I was already in the habit of getting up and doing something most days but suddenly I had the hardest time getting motivated, I still did them but couldn't keep up my normal intensity or time. I was lucky I happened to have a checkup scheduled about then because I found out my iron levels were getting a little low. So, just wanted to add that, if you've been working out already and it's getting hard, there could be a reason.

But if you're new to it, yeah, probably just need to keep at it until it's a habit. :)

"Don't you try it"--why? Are you injured? Tired? Hungry? Or just don't want to, period? It matters why. Figure out what's stopping you and correct the issue.

Punch fear in the face! You can do it. Don't let the voice of insecurity rob you of the victory that is well within your reach!
