    Sorry- Been on a low carb diet for 2 weeks and haven't lost anything. Now trying to resist going and eating a bunch of bread.

    Skinny might not be the goal you should be striving for, as mentioned above....FIT...HEALTHY...STRONG....TONED....TIGHT....might be better/more attainable goals to try to achieve xo

    Hi! I know how frustrating it can be when it feels like you're putting in so much work and have not made any progress. Perhaps we can help!

    I can't see your diary, but it needs to be said that while low carb helps some people stick to their calorie goals by increasing satiety, it is not necessary to lose weight, and you can absolutely gain/maintain on low carb if you're not eating a calorie deficit.

    Do you log your foods in your food diary? How do you measure your foods? What is your calorie goal?

    lol! yes. That's why I added that in there. I knew someone would say something. Healthy is apart of it.

    Which part is depressing? I'm guessing you don't like our comments, but you did post in a forum, a health/wellness forum.
