So I was just getting ready to order some music and wondered

What is your favorite movie Soundtrack?

Mine Is

City of Angels, because its so Bluesy
and
Runaway Bride soundtrack
and
Armageddon (aerosmith:wink: )

    As my favorite album is Quadrophenia, I am inclined to say that as the soundtrack as well.

    But I was tempted to say Hard Day's Night as that probably would've been a little more universally recognized around here.

    I like pretty much anything by Danny Elfman, Hans Zimmer, Phillip Glass.. and James Horner does pretty good stuff too.

    Favorite of Elfman's would probably be Edward Scissorhands. Great one. Zimmer did pretty well with Gladiator.

    Edit: Wait, everyone's talking about Various Artist stuff... ? Damn. I'm thinking about Original Scores....

    Oh wow, it's been a while since I've listened to soundtracks....but I remember my favorite one years back was 10 Things I Hate About You... :heart:


    Otherwise I don't really bother with soundtracks all that much.

    As for composer soundtracks, Clint Mansell has a great track record. Vince Guaraldi has done some of my favorites. I am a big Stanley Clarke fan, and his soundtrack in the first The Transporter movie was pretty great.

    Forrest Gump
    Baz Luhrmann's Romeo & Juliet
