I can't eat a banana in this house, without hubby looking like it's his birthday or something...I literally have to turn so I can get it in my mouth really fast without him saying anything...lol!
And yup, I'm the banana dude at least once a week in RL...I'm positive!
You know what I do when hubby is looking? I tear a piece off and throw it into my mouth while giving him the stink eye that says I will cut you.0 -
I think I'd be pretty happy if people knew me as banana dude IRL.1

FYI The original Banana Dude thread took an ugly turn today. It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt and/or serious.0

I think I'd be pretty happy if people knew me as banana dude IRL.
I once worked with two Vietnamese guys who were both named Hung.
To avoid confusion in the workplace they were referred to as Hung One and Hung Two.
I told them both:
" You two figure it out but there's no way in hell that I would settle for being called Hung Two."0 -

I wonder if I have posts about my IRL actions, activities or habits?
I know about posts that mention me by user name or responses to or about me on line but what if I'm in the dark about what's being said about me like Mr Banana man dude?
Have you ever discovered that people were talking about you on line? Have you ever been the Banana Dude?
I overheard myself being the banana dude. Some guys at the gym were talking trash about me (one of them on the phone with someone else) because I was benching 130 lbs. Well, joke's on them because I'm up to 150lbs now.
It's not just men with 2% percent body fat people that can do things like lift heavy or eat a banana.
The same people would laugh if I did bicep curls with 5lb weights or at that dude if he ate McDonalds.
Because haters gonna hate.
Idiots are everywhere, try not to think about them. I know its hard sometimes, I was teased badly many times in school too, I know how it feels. And when I saw that thread I could find nothing I would be offended at in his place, but I might be annoyed at the attention, however there was no way to figure out who this person was, unless you know the poster personally.
I still can't figure what kind of idiot would make fun of a girls bench press at 130lbs...I've really never heard of it that being a "thing" and how would you even make fun of that exactly? "She's stronger than most girls at that lift so....um...yeah...?"
Sounds like its someone straining hard to find anything they can make fun of you for. I'd take it as a compliment, there are soooo many easier things to pick at to be made fun of, and yet they chose a good lift. That infers they couldn't find anything else to make fun of you for.

Benching 130 for a woman is nails.
I train with a guy who is a pro cyclist. He weighs 135 and bench presses 240.1
