Hi everyone! Name is brittni.
My goal is to lose a lot of weight lol just to put it out there lol
I suffer from hpv, endometriosis and pcos. As some of the women out there know that's rough and losing weight is hard.
I'm also on a lactose free/gluten free diet.
Been diagnosed with celiac disease, my eating choices.... well very limited.
Just looking for people who can help motivate me, and possibly give me recipes if anyone else out there has the same issues. (I'm sure there is)
That's all, I look forward to reading and seeing others progress as I grow on the app :)

Having a gluten free diet is not hard these days. While only a small percentage of the population is gluten free because of celiac disease (I'm very sorry you suffer from that) many more people choose to be gluten free. Grocery stores have aisles dedicated to gluten free products and restaurants almost always have items printed on the menu. Don't use gluten free as an excuse! Google
gluten free recipes, join a group on here and have fun experimenting with recipes!
  • Ah yes many stores do, but sadly not around me. I live in a very small town, I only have 1 restaurant that carries gluten free unless I want a salad.
  • I do get very adventurous with chicken and turkey lol however I don't eat much more meat then that :)

Google is your friend. Just look up Gluten Free recipes. Make a list of all the things you can eat and you like to eat and get creative! You can also order food and other items on Amazon if your local grocery store doesn't carry it, for example soy sauce. Some are gluten free some are not.
  • Are you gluten free as well kristin?

No, but I live in Southern California where half the population seems to be gluten free! (And not because they have celiac)
  • Lol it does seem to be a trend lately. I have noticed lots of people changing. My husband eats gluten free but it would be pointless not too. Why make 2 meals
