I understand i cant spot reduce when it comes to losing weight. I promise i know that.
That being said i would really like some ideas on working on my stomach, thighs, and arms.
Again i know i cant choose where the fat comes from.
My goal in this is to work on making those areas stronger so as i do lose weight they are already looking better. Ive been told that the stronger your core is the easier it is to workout/tone.
I really have no clue how to go about this and i would be grateful for any help. I do have a "before" pic if that is needed? Please if you can help me with exercises i need to do and which areas they are good for.

I'm struggling myself with the same areas. Haven't found the right stomach and leg exercises yet where I'm noticing a huge difference; however, I started using 5 pd weights a few weeks ago and I am starting to notice a difference in my upper body.1

Hi, i think the choice to work on the Thighs is a good one.
Training your rear thighs and glutes will actually pull your stomache in making your waistline more stable.

Strong Curves is one of the best programs I've used for glutes, legs and core. They do have a bodyweight only program if you can't do the free weights.2

I have jillian michaels killer buns and thighs and ripped in 30 dvds. And i have a workout buddy. We keep trying to use the yoga room to watch the dvds since we dont have room at either house but if theres not a class going on people use that room to warm up or cool down for their workouts.
I can use the machines at the gym but i have no clue which ones are best for what they are even called to look up how to actually use them.0
