What a difference 50 lbs makes!!!

I've just hit a loss of 50 lbs!! I have about 30 more to go to get to my goal. To everyone out there who thinks they can't lose weight bc they don't have the willpower or whatever... yes you can!!!

    I don't really have any tips! I stay under or near my calories that MFP gives me. Exercise has not played a major role in this. I do it, but I exercise in spurts. Then I'll go a week and not exercise at all!! I don't drink my calories away, no healthy smoothies or juices. The main thing is you have to want it more than you want that pizza, or cookie or whatever the temptation is in front of you. Once you start seeing results, it becomes easier to say no. For me it wasn't a"diet" so much as it was a series of decisions.
