Hi, I've lost 18 lbs and achieved my goal weight. Now I'm toning and maintaining consistency. It would be great to have new My Fitness Pal friends to share the journey with.

    Congrats on your weight loss - you look great! I love that you haven't stopped the healthy lifestyle now that you're at goal weight. With that attitude, you'll keep the weight off!
