HI, I am trying to figure out how to track my weight lifting routine. I lift very heavy 4 days a week. I dont understand how track that to see how many calories I am burning.
I used to be a member of weight watchers and I stopped losing and started gaining. I now see that I wasnt eating enough!!! I was a litle shy of 1000 calories a day that I should have been eating. Now I need to kick start this.
