Hit the plateau Grrrrrrr :-)

I began 175 days ago and find it very helpful to say the least. I have lost weight but not as much as I want. Has been a slow process, fell off wagon more than once, but overall feeling better and losing slowly but surely. However it seems I have hit a plateau and have a great deal of trouble losing that last 5-6 lbs. Any advice so I don't lose focus.?
Thanks to all.

I would try to switch up how you are exercising (if that is something you are doing also). I signed up for kickboxing just to get off of the boring treadmill. And it has helped to kick a few more pounds. I was intimidated and thought it would be weird/boring but it's been pleasantly and surprisingly fun. Look for group or new exercise programs. Try to make a friend in a workout setting. It will help you to stay focused.1
